Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a skilled Identity Intelligence Analyst to provide critical analytical support to law enforcement operations, with a focus on identity resolution, threat assessment, and protective measures for high-risk personnel. This role combines all-source intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques, and specialized expertise in identity intelligence to identify threats, assess vulnerabilities, and inform operational decision-making. The successful candidate will produce actionable intelligence products that enhance situational awareness and support proactive law enforcement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct all-source and OSINT research to resolve identities, uncover associations, and develop comprehensive profiles of subjects of interest.
• Perform threat intelligence assessments, protective intelligence analysis, and vulnerability evaluations for individuals, groups, and operations.
• Identify and analyze potential risks from open sources, including social media, public records, and other digital footprints.
• Support high-risk law enforcement operations by providing identity-related intelligence, surveillance awareness, and mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement partners to share intelligence and coordinate responses.
• Produce clear, concise intelligence reports, briefings, and visual products (e.g., link charts, timelines) to communicate findings to operational and leadership audiences.
• Maintain proficiency in OSINT tools and methodologies, including awareness of ubiquitous technical surveillance techniques and countermeasures.
• Ensure all analytic work adheres to professional standards, legal guidelines, and ethical practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, criminal justice, international relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven background in all-source intelligence analysis or OSINT, preferably in a law enforcement, military, or intelligence community setting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain at least a Secret-level security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency with common OSINT research and analysis tools (e.g., social media platforms, public databases, search engines, and analytic software).
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional training or experience in threat intelligence, protective intelligence, identity intelligence, or vulnerability assessments.
• Professional certification in intelligence analysis, such as Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst (CICA) through IALEIA, Foundations of Intelligence Analysis Training (FIAT) through FLETC, or equivalent DoD/military intelligence programs.
• Experience supporting protective operations, executive protection, or high-risk personnel security.
• Familiarity with technical surveillance risks (e.g., digital tracking, geolocation) and associated mitigation strategies.
• Prior experience in law enforcement intelligence units, fusion centers, or joint task forces.
Benefits and Additional Information
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
• Opportunities for professional development and advanced training.
• This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation
