We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Community Integration Specialists (Direct Support Professionals) to join our Day Support Program at the picturesque Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon, VA. Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm  Generous PTO:

Your Role:
Create and facilitate engaging daily activities, fostering community participation and skill-building for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Build trusting relationships with participants, providing essential support in areas such as communication, mobility, personal care, and safety.  Collaborate on Person Centered Plans (PCPs), helping participants achieve their goals and growth.
