• Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team.

• 3+ years experience of software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience using AWS technologies at scale in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Business fluency in written and verbal English.

• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
• Experience delivering customer‑driven software products at a high scale in a fast‑paced, technology‑first, rapid‑growth company.
• Full‑stack proficiency (e.g., Java, No
  
  SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, node.js, React).
• Experience taking a lead role delivering complex software systems to internal or external customers.
• Experience delegating work in parallel to accelerate delivery.
• Experience promoting high‑quality standards in others across documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, continuous integration and deployment.
