• Platform Engineering:
  Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports our software solutions using AWS, EKS, and Fargate.
• Backend Software Development:
  Design, implement, and maintain robust server‑side applications with Java + Spring Boot and Python + Flask.
• Frontend Software Development:
  Create engaging user interfaces using Type Script with Angular or React.
• User Experience (UX):
  Conduct user research, design interfaces, and collaborate with developers to deliver delightful experiences.
• Full Stack Development:
  Contribute across the entire software stack, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• AI/ML Engineering:
  Develop advanced algorithms and predictive models to extract insights from large data sets.

• U.S. Citizenship required; an active Security Clearance of Secret or higher strongly desired.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the typical technology stacks:
  Java + Spring Boot, Python + Flask, or Type Script with Angular/React.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, Open Search, RDS, Elasti Cache, and Lambda (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern architecture patterns:
  Message‑Driven, Service‑Based, and Reactive.
• Experience in an AWS environment, including Kubernetes, Git Ops with ArgoCD, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for building maintainable, scalable, and adaptable software.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
