Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mule Soft Integration Architect to support client operations and business solutions through the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise information systems and applications.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and operational support. This is a client-facing position that requires the ability to communicate technical concepts, designs, findings, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise integration solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain integrations and applications using the Mule Soft platform.
• Develop integration architectures and API strategies based on business, technical, security, and connectivity requirements.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure and production environments and recommend appropriate enhancements and improvements.
• Develop program specifications, technical designs, architecture documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Code, test, troubleshoot, and debug integration applications and services.
• Establish and promote development standards and best practices for CI/CD automation, observability, error handling, documentation, testing, and solution architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct architecture and design walkthroughs, code reviews, and technical discussions with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor the performance and operational impact of new products, services, and integration solutions.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Present technical findings, designs, specifications, and recommendations to client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Mule Soft Architect Certification required.
• SAP integration experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions using the Mule Soft platform.
• Demonstrated expertise in Mule Soft platform administration, integration architecture, and API design and development.
• Experience translating business, technical, and connectivity requirements into enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience providing technical leadership to development teams and establishing development and architecture standards.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, observability, error handling, technical documentation, and solution architecture.
• Experience conducting design walkthroughs, code reviews, and technical discussions with clients and cross‑functional or cross‑workstream teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant professional experience
