Herndon Seeking attentive, energetic lifeguards to maintain safety for indoor pool for weekday and weekend coverage. As a Lifeguard, you will ensure safety of patrons in and around the aquatic facility.
Duties & Responsibilities- Safety:
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for students, enforcing pool rules, and responding to emergencies - Communication:
Communicating with patrons and supervisor with strong customer service skills. - Record keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of pool chemistry and accident and incident reports.
- American Red Cross lifeguard, first-aid CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer
- Fairfax County Pool Operator preferred
- Morning and afternoon availability preferred
- Bilingual English & Spanish a plus
Varies on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Due to the nature of a government providing services to the public all duties of this position are required to be fulfilled at the designated worksite in the town. No remote work is available.
