Role Description

The Director of Growth & Transformation is a full-time, on-site role based in Herne Bay. This role involves overseeing strategic growth initiatives, managing sales pipelines, and identifying business development opportunities to expand STL's reach and offerings. Key responsibilities include leading marketing campaigns, managing projects to drive organizational change, performing in-depth data analysis for informed decision-making, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The Director will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and ensuring its sustainable success.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and using insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with the ability to identify new markets, build partnerships, and drive customer growth.
  • Proficiency in project management, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing to develop and execute effective campaigns to promote the organization's offerings.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in education, training, or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
