Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

This Project Manager opportunity is built around coordinating priorities, people, activity, budgets, projects, or operational standards according to the role. It would suit someone who can bring individually responsible for multiple live projects at any time, with further projects in the scoping and tendering phase to the role.

Deliver a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects, with a typical value between one hundred thousand and £1 million per project. Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

Coordinating priorities, people, activity, budgets, projects, or operational standards according to the role. Track progress, solve delivery issues.

Individually responsible for multiple live projects at any time, with further projects in the scoping and tendering phase. Working collaboratively with delivery partners and contractors to ensure that schemes are delivered on time.

• Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders.

• Have a full driving licence, access to your vehicle and insurance to cover work travel.
• Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week Onsite up to 5 days on week.
• Or have knowledge of Clean Water Processing and/or Wastewater treatment.
• Pay: £60,000 per annum.
