Salt College in Herne Bay is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver Level 2 and 3 Plumbing (and Electrical qualifications) in a hands-on FE college setting for learners aged 16+. You will share real-world trade experience and support apprentices, adult learners, and school leavers.
You will work with a diverse cohort, including SEND learners, promote inclusion, and help students build confidence, skills, and career progression.
