We are currently recruiting for a
Home Manager in Herne Bay
to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a warm, welcoming and well-established residential care home.

The RoleAs
Home Manager
, you will take overall responsibility for the operational leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
You will lead an established team, ensuring that residents receive consistently high-quality care while maintaining a positive, supportive and well‑organised working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the care team
- Creating and maintaining a positive, resident-focused culture
- Ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing care planning, audits and quality assurance
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards across the service
- Managing recruitment, staffing and rotas
- Supporting and developing staff through effective leadership
- Building strong and trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Working closely with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders
- Supporting occupancy and maintaining the home’s strong local reputation
- Ensuring the home remains a safe, welcoming and positive place to live and work
We are looking for an experienced care professional who combines
strong leadership with genuine compassion

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Experience with in a residential elderly care setting
