HRGO Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Food Production Team Leader for a quality-led manufacturing site in Herne Bay, Kent. You’ll drive daily/weekly output, safety and quality standards, and optimise line performance.
You’ll lead a team on a 4 on/4 off shift (07:00–19:00), manage workloads, and ensure food safety controls (HACCP, GMP) are followed, with a view to achieving customer deadlines and KPIs. This is a temp-to-perm role with hourly pay £12.80–£14.00.
