Kent County Council is inviting applications for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner working with families in the community across East and South Kent. You will provide short-term, outcome-focused PBS support and complete assessments to develop tailored plans.
You will teach new skills to children and families, work within a multidisciplinary team, and deliver practical support to increase skills, independence and community inclusion.
