We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care.

Our client is a 31yo male with MS, in Herriman, Utah. Available shift is Thursday, Friday, Sunday 10am - 10pm, and help with filling open shifts.

• Medication set up and oversight

Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care.

Provide in‑home assessments.

Monitor and track changes in the client’s conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed.

Proactively update the client’s family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns.

• Must have at least 1 year pediatric experience
• Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
• Certified CPR Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
