We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care.

Our client is a 31yo male with MS, in Herriman, Utah. Available shift is Saturday 10am - 10pm, and help with filling open shifts.

We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight
• Tube feeding
• Oxygen therapy
• Hoyer and wheelchair
• Wound care
• Companionship

RN and LPN Responsibilities:

Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care

Provide in home assessments

Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed

Proactively updates client'sfamily on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

RN and LPN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience

Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah

Certified CPR Certification

Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance

Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
