General Manager position summary:
You will be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members, instilling Wendy’s culture, and driving the store to exceed customer expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.
- Lead the restaurant to deliver excellent food quality and service that meet customer expectations.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure store success and a strong Wendy’s culture.
- Manage all operations and financial aspects of the restaurant.
- Implement and uphold company standards for food safety, sanitation, service, and cleanliness.
- Drive performance against benchmarks in food, labor, and service.
- Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
- Strong background in restaurant operations with a track record of achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
