Cashiers & Servers
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter.
  • Answer questions about the menu, promotions and specials.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Communicate clearly with the team.
  • Input orders into the POS system quickly and correctly.
  • Package food items for delivery and take out as needed.
  • Keep the counter, drink station, and condiment areas clean and stocked.
  • Wipe down surfaces and equipment regularly.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Assist with food prep and order assembly during busy times.
  • Smile and be friendly and attentive to customer needs.
Food Preparation
  • Wash, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
  • Measure and mix sauces or seasonings.
  • Restock food stations, condiment areas and beverage machines.
  • Regularly check and record food temperatures.
  • Label and store food properly using FIFO (first in, first out) methods.
  • Clean prep areas, equipment, and utensils before and after each shift.
  • Occasionally help assemble or prepare orders and communicate with cashiers and other team members.
Cooks
  • Prepare raw ingredients such as meats and vegetables, and sauces according to recipes.
  • Portion, season, and marinate food items following company standards.
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently
  • Cook and fry chicken, steak, and marinated pork dishes.
  • Ensure the food containers at the assembly line are always properly stocked and presented.
  • Monitor food cooking times and quality to meet company and health standards.
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
  • Maintain clean cooking stations, utensils and equipment throughout the shift.
  • Cooperate with cashiers and food prep staff to complete orders efficiently.
  • Support other team members as needed during peak times.
  • Dispose of waste and store leftover ingredients properly.
  • Prepare the kitchen for the next shift.
Shift Managers
  • Call for details.
Cajeros
  • Reciban a los clientes con amabilidad y tomen los pedidos con precisión en el mostrador.
  • Respondan preguntas sobre el menú, las promociones y los especiales.
  • Brinden un servicio al cliente superior.
  • Comuníquense claramente con el equipo.
  • Ingresen los pedidos en el sistema TPV de forma rápida y correcta.
