• Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; participate in physical inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers
• Collaborate within a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Computerized point‑of‑sale system experience; SAP preferred
• Availability to work weekends as required
• 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent GED; preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the store during scheduled shift
