Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet customers, process returns/refunds, carry out financial transactions, and address customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
