Fleet Mechanic​/Field Mechanic

Looking for Fleet Mechanic / Field Mechanic Experienced in Heavy Duty Equipment. Motor Work & Motor Rebuilds a Plus BUT NOT required. CDL A PLUS.

Duties will require self Motivated individual, to work with our Fleet Manager in Services, Tire Replacements, roadside service, etc within our Fleet of Vehicles. Work w/ Kenworth & Peterbilt on Warranty Items on trucks that have warranties. Manage Inventory, Lubes, Parts etc on a growing fleet.

• Fleet MAINTENANCE / Mechanic
• Know Basic Electrical Wiring on Semi's, Trailers and equipment.
• Physically able to Bust Tires, Repair Airlines and Hydro Fittings.
• Understand Proper Maintenance items on Cat & Cummins Motors.
• Work with our customers on Bulk items such as Fuel, Oil, DEF etc.
• Work with our customers on Parts, Returns and Warranty issues in a timely Matter.
• Call Out/Road Side Services as Vehicles may break down in the field. Able to diagnose issues and repair items in a timely Matter.
• Equipment Knowledge a Plus but can train. Skid steers, Mini-X, Case Equipment, Forklifts etc.
• Utilize Shop, Cleanliness - Eventually Hire Techs and Run the department as we grow.

• Verifiable Experience in Light & Heavy Duty equipment.

• SERVICE TRUCK PROVIDED - We have our Own Tools Supplied in it. Able to get whatever is needed to Efficiently do the job. Responsible to make sure tools, and vehicle are kept clean and organized.
• We are a FAST growing COMPANY W/ 14 Heavy Duty Semi's. Dump Trucks, Side Dump Trucks. Etc. Looking for someone to Control the Fleet Maintenance and Needs as we grow.
• Shop, Office & Yard Located in West Jordan, Close to Jordan Landing.
