Join Hope, a national nonprofit based in Hope. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role offers competitive pay, relocation assistance, and a commitment bonus.
Base Pay Range$75,000 - $85,000 per year
• Commitment Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000• Relocation Assistance
About the Hope Autism ClinicThe Hope Autism Clinic is a division of the nationally recognized non‑profit Hope. We provide high‑quality therapeutic services in a local community setting, focusing on individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–8. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates on optimal client outcomes.
What You Will Do- Provide ethical, evidence‑based ABA services to an assigned caseload of clients with ASD or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Complete assessments, develop goals and treatment plans, recommend therapy hours, and review dataxture to make treatment recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including time‑reporting within 24 hours of session completion.
- Train staff, parents, and caregivers on treatment strategies and provide monthly updates.
- Accept supervisory feedback and adjust behavior and practices accordingly.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other team members. What You Will Bring
- Master’s degree and an active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB; or a related master’s degree with at least 5 years of ABA experience.
- Thorough understanding of ABA principles and their application.
- Strong case‑management and documentation skills.
- Organized, punctual, and able to set and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication across modalities and effective teamwork with interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and flexibility.
