Minimum qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• ACLS Certification (required for perioperative/procedural areas)

Experience & Clinical Competency

• Operating Room (OR) RN experience
• Must be able to circulate cases independently
  • The posting specifically states: "Please do not submit unless you have verified RN can circulate."
• Strong experience with:
  • Orthopedic procedures
  • Urology procedures
  • Spine procedures
  • Robotic surgery cases

Schedule Requirements

• 10-hour day shifts
• 4 shifts per week
• Shift hours:

Call Requirements

• Required to take call:
  • 1 weeknight per month
  • 2 weekend days per month
  • Additional call may be required based on department needs

Flexibility Requirements

• Must be willing to:
  • Float to other SIH facilities if needed
  • Take additional call coverage as required
