This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

- VACATION:

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of Store Management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leadership, financial analysis, asset protection, and customer engagement. Offers hourly wages plus commission and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Create a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Manage store opening/closing, cash, and merchandise control.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory accuracy.
- Handle store processes: inventory, loans, merchandising, reporting.
- Analyze financials and drive store profitability.
- Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
- Complete training and self-development tasks.
- Communicate store goals and standards clearly.
- Act as manager on duty when needed.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, and performing physical tasks.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, flexible schedule, and computer literate.
- Cash handling experience required.

Commission PlanPotential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during interview.
