Sales Manager – Corporate Partnerships

Join the team at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, an award‑winning property featuring Hersheypark amusement park, the GIANT Center arena, Hersheypark Stadium, Zoo America North American Wildlife Park, and Hershey Theatre. This role generates sponsorship revenue for Hersheypark, the GIANT Center, the Hershey Bears, Hershey Theatre, and special events, with a concentration on Hersheypark sponsor ships and revenues.

Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue by negotiating sponsorship packages for Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hershey Bears, Hershey Theatre, and special events.
  • Renew and/or upgrade existing sponsorship accounts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prospect, network, and generate new sales leads daily; maintain accurate records in the department CRM database.
  • Coordinate and host sponsor events, including on‑site presence at designated services such as the Suite at the GIANT Center.
  • Coordinate on‑site sponsor events across all entities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Relevant work experience may substitute for education (minimum of three years).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in the use of a CRM or contact database.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Competent at managing multiple client accounts.
Job Demands
  • Reaching forward, lifting, reaching overhead, hand/eye coordination, stooping, standing, walking.
  • Requires detailed close‑distance work such as on computer screens and accounting ledgers.
  • Position is subject to noise that may necessitate speaking above ambient levels.
  • Position involves both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
