Seasons Brand Analyst, Holiday Summary

The individual in this position will assist the Seasons team on key projects and activities that support the business, with a primary focus on the Holiday season. Responsibilities include supporting and owning Holiday seasonal initiatives to drive success for both the current year and the next seasonal cycle.

The Seasonal Brand Analyst position supports seasonal innovation development, strategic planning, and in-season tracking and analysis, providing a holistic introduction to marketing and an opportunity to build a diverse skill set. The analyst will have the opportunity to lead and own projects with guidance from the Holiday ABM and Senior Manager.

• Assist with project management (in partnership with Senior Manager and ABM) and collaborate with cross‑functional partners including R&D, Engineering, Brand Teams, Finance, and Operations.
• Weekly seasonal retail business tracking:
  Analyze Circana data to understand seasonal performance trends, identify key drivers, and inform actions to address business opportunities or risks. Provide ad‑hoc retail business analysis as needed.
• Initiative trackers:
  Update initiative trackers (examples: design strategy updates for Seasons, DME seasonal spend).
• Partner with ABM and Senior Manager to build key sales communication materials that drive Holiday program success, supporting strategic graphics design work and development, and other materials to drive successful seasonal sell‑in.
• Support Holiday program development:
  Assist with consumer research, strategy development, pipeline planning, and key program initiatives to gain full visibility into the seasonal marketing process.
• Collaborate with the activation team to develop creative strategies that support seasonal programs.

• Sales communications:
  Support the development of sales communication.
• Strategy support on seasonal program development.
• In‑season tracking and retail share‑outs.

• Strong analytical ability; able to use multiple sources of data and put together data visualizations.

• Strong marketing, finance, and commercial understanding and intuition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Commerce).

Marketing experience preferred. Analytical and project management experience is a plus. Experience with food and beverage flavor development also a plus.
