• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
• Completion of an accredited training program
• Ability to acquire medical license in the State of Pennsylvania
• BC/BE in Family Medicine all locations
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine at designated outpatient locations
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
