Minimum Qualifications- Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed or eligible for license in Pennsylvania
- Completion of an accredited residency
- Board eligible or certified by an appropriate specialty board
