Role: Pediatric Radiology Physician providing locum tenens support in an inpatient setting.
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of pediatric imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, gastrointestinal studies, voiding cystourethrogram, retrograde urethrogram, barium enema, water-soluble enemas, air reduction enema for intussusception, feeding tube placement, and contrast injections for central lines or ports. Handle night and weekend procedure calls.
Qualifications: Board certification in Pediatric Radiology and Pennsylvania medical license required.
Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in pediatric radiologic procedures, ability to work independently, and experience with Cerner EMR system. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
Key Duties: Provide inpatient pediatric radiology services, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment support, managing emergency procedures during night and weekend shifts.
