The facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population of all ages. The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. On-site support is available to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The surrounding region offers clinicians on assignment a range of entertainment, recreational, and cultural options suited to varied interests. Outdoor recreation includes opportunities for kayaking, hiking, and golf. Additional regional attractions include theme parks, botanical gardens, zoological facilities, caverns, vineyards, live entertainment venues, antique and specialty shopping, and museums, providing diverse choices during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 16-22 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups.
