• Designsanddirectsresearcheffortsspecificallyaimedatbreakthroughproteinproducts,advancedingredientsourcing,andstate-of-the-artprocessingmethods.
  
  Developssolutionstocomplexchallengesinproteinformulation,leveragingexpertiseandexperiencewherelittleprecedentexistsandinnovationisrequired.
• Leadshighlycomplexnewproteinproductinnovationinitiatives,ensuringtechnicalrigor,timelinemanagement,risk mitigation,androbustcross-functional collaboration.
• Engagescloselywithtechnical,professional,andmanagerialstaffof
  
  R&Daswellas Manufacturing,Marketing,Quality Assurance,Engineering,and Legaldepartmentstoresolvetechnicalandpracticalchallengesspecifictoproteinproducts.
