A leading confectionery manufacturer seeks a Reliability Lead to oversee asset reliability and maintenance strategies at their West Hershey Plant. The successful candidate will engage in continuous improvement, manage maintenance planning processes, and lead the development of strategies ensuring sustainable asset reliability. A BS degree in engineering or a related discipline and 5+ years' relevant experience are preferred for applicants.

This is a key role contributing to operational excellence within the facility.
