Sr. ERP Systems Analyst-Financial

We are looking for an experienced finance systems specialist to serve as a key partner across Finance, IT, and related business teams in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on strengthening and evolving Workday Financials by converting business needs into scalable solutions, improving financial processes, and supporting system adoption after implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of enterprise finance operations, sound judgment in evaluating enhancements, and the ability to guide releases, testing, and continuous improvement in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate accounting policies, control requirements, and operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Act as the functional owner for Workday Financials by managing incoming requests, assessing priorities, and shaping a forward-looking enhancement roadmap.
• Coordinate functional activities for scheduled Workday releases, including evaluating business impact, organizing testing efforts, and recommending feature adoption decisions.
• Lead configuration and process improvement initiatives with an emphasis on maximizing standard platform capabilities before considering customized approaches.
• Direct end-to-end quality validation for system updates, including regression coverage and user acceptance testing, to confirm alignment with financial and operational controls.
• Provide ongoing support to end users after go-live through training, issue resolution, and change guidance that encourages strong platform utilization.
• Collaborate with implementation or service partners to review recommendations, influence design choices, and ensure business interests are well represented.
• Contribute to additional finance systems or project-related tasks as needed to support department objectives.
