The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features 30,000 sq. ft of relaxation space, including 55 treatment rooms, and breathtaking views of the majestic gardens.

This position assists estheticians with daily tasks and activities.

• Keeping work areas stocked with sufficient supplies and products through a full day of operation.
• Learning techniques and protocols for spa facials and treatments, as trained by the Spa Services Manager to Five Star/Five Diamond standards.
• Providing facials to spa staff in order to perfect techniques and skills during the apprentice period.
• Cleaning equipment and common areas used after performing services.
• Maintaining neatness of service waiting areas.
• Folding towels and linens for use in the service areas.
• Attending all training sessions to learn new techniques to be used in the performance of the job.
• Performing tasks assigned by supervisor or manager, including retail operations.
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining par levels in treatment rooms and supply closet.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthetic License in progress or obtained, i.e. must be a student at a recognized Cosmetology and/or Esthetics school with graduation expected within 1 month of hire.
• Or be a licensed Esthetician with 6 months or less experience working as an Esthetician.

• Must be well spoken, polite, and able to communicate clearly.

• Physical requirements include bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20 lb.
• Schedule will vary according to business needs, but includes 8‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a union position; the working schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements which will most likely include weekends and evenings.
