Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
- Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) months of employment.
- BLS certification prior to orientation completion.
