AM Server position at the Hershey Courtyard by Marriott, Chocolate Avenue, Hershey. This role involves serving guests, handling orders, and supporting restaurant operations in accordance with hotel and brand standards.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensure communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.

• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
