This position is responsible for scheduling all spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards.

Job Duties- Answer questions about the spa and services
- Promote and sell spa services
- Book spa reservations
- Greet guests as they enter the spa
- Settle guest accounts as they depart
- Provide an overall relaxing, courteous, and professional atmosphere for all guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- A minimum of 6 months prior experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical requirements include finger dexterity, hand/eye coordination and ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Work schedule is flexible, based on business needs during operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays are required.
