Lead Consultant

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience with Ariba On Premise Skills
• Knowledge of all modules in Ariba
• Experience in preparing/reviewing technical design documents
• Support testing activities (ST, SIT, UAT) as needed
• Experience leading at least 2 Ariba projects from Offshore/Onsite
• Participate with clients in requirement gathering to identify project scope and prepare scoping documents
• Prepare detailed project schedules analyzing effort and dependencies
• Define processes and suggest improvements for deliverable quality
• Assess risks related to configurations and implementations
• Prepare high and low-level designs and implement as per customer requirements
• Conduct test plans and obtain sign-off for testing phases
• Lead team for integration, system, and performance testing
• Oversee deployment and post-production activities
• Analyze incoming tickets, assign to team, and track progress
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce defects
