5+ years SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative), 5+ years SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration, 5+ years PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

Service delivery support, Business analysis and requirements gathering, Software delivery full life cycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A candidate with a strong background in HR and US payroll, capable of providing application support and participating in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.
Summary OfJob Description
- Support SAP Time Management and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution.
- Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
- Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with technical and integration teams.
- Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
