Customer Service Advisor

• Managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred; support in obtaining if needed)
• Minimum 2 years of personal lines customer service or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service
