It involves broad level understanding of challenges, requirements and problems to be solved and works to resolve by defining & selecting suitable materials and solutions that enhance product visibility and ease of handling while balancing manufacturing, supplier capabilities and regulations.

The position works closely with suppliers and procurement, in addition to other cross-functional stakeholders to lead resolution of complex technical challenges through innovative methods and systems thinking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and OEMs is vital to deliver packaging solutions that are safe, reliable, cost-efficient, and aligned with business goals and consumer preferences.

A strong emphasis is placed on developing sustainable packaging to minimize waste and meet evolving market demands.
