The Hershey Company West Hershey plant is a Union plant producing products such as:

White & Dark Paste,Kisses,Nuggets,Milk Bars,Almond Bars,Rolo,Syrup in a high-speed, complex manufacturing environment.

Starting Pay: $41.12 per hour

$0.75 per hour shift differential for working 2nd or 3rd shift

OT Potential

Schedule assignments upon hire are determined by plant needs and will be discussed during the interview process

Qualified applicants must successfully complete an electrical written skills assessment

Those receiving a passing score will advance to an onsite electrical hands-on assessment and interview with the hiring team

This position requires Industrial Electrical/PLC experience in the food industry with knowledge of:

• Motors
• Electro-mechanical drives
• Servo motion control applications

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to effectively participate in a team-oriented work environment

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
