How will you fit into the big picture?

The Senior Associate Brand Manager, Demand Creation Strategy (DCS) & Innovation supports the development and commercialization of innovation initiatives within the Functional Snacking & Protein portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will translate defined demand spaces and innovation strategies into executable plans, manage cross-functional work streams, and help deliver high-quality launches. This is an exciting opportunity to combine consumer curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills to help shape future growth t will you do?

Support innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization using the stage-gate process.

Analyze syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and support concept development.

Develop business cases, financial analyses, and performance tracking to support innovation recommendations.

Assist with go-to-market planning, including launch materials, sell-in tools, and internal communications.

Partner with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Shopper Marketing, and agency partners to execute innovation initiatives.

Monitor post-launch performance, identify key learnings, and recommend actions to improve results.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, innovation, or a related field, preferably within consumer packaged goods.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to innovation or renovation projects.
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, or Circana data.
