We are excited to welcome an ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience to our growing team. Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P‑shots) experience is a definite plus!

• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribe testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Provide erectile dysfunction treatment including shockwave therapy, P‑shot, trimix, and other modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations.
• Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Maintain clinic census goals and comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and Receptionists.
• Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork within the clinic.

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license (required).
• Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration.
• Active state medical license in good standing.
• Experience in urology, endocrinology, or general practice (preferred).
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.

• Annual base salary: $75,000 – $120,471
• Monthly and yearly bonuses/commissions based on performance.
• Supplemental pay:
