Float Wound Care Provider – $15k Sign‑on Bonus – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

This expanding float position offers the opportunity to impact multiple communities across Lebanon, Berks, and Cumberland Counties by providing exceptional wound care in partner facilities.

• $150,000–$155,000 annual salary plus bonus and $15,000 sign‑on bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends for work‑life balance

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized wound care plans
• Deliver bedside wound care and lead advanced procedures
• Utilize technology and protocols to promote healing
• Collaborate with facility teams and families for holistic care decisions
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support quality improvements

• Active PA, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license or certification
• Prescriptive and DEA licenses required by end of training
• Minimum 2 years wound care experience, preferably in SNFs or long‑term care
• Willingness to travel within designated counties
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
