Server Assistant - Trevi

• Greet guests in a professional manner and anticipate their needs.
• Serve beverage and food items, describing all menu items and preparation methods.
• Assist with guest service, including retrieving food from the kitchen, transporting it to guests, and removing items from the table.
• Forward any guest concerns to the appropriate wait‑staff or supervisor.
• Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware, ensuring items are polished and in good condition.
• Ensure all side work assigned is completed cleanly and orderly.
• Restock dining and service areas, ensuring condiments are supplied before guests take their seats.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in the F&B industry.

• Maintain a professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines.
• Work independently and be self‑motivated to perform all aspects of the job.
• Be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees; interact positively with guests.
• Multitask while prioritizing tasks and assignments.
