• Assist servers*
• Restock all dining and service areas*
• Clear and reset tables*
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets*
• Pour coffee and water when required*
• Ensure condiments are amply supplied on the guest table before seats are taken*
• Tray food orders and deliver them to the correct table number efficiently and accurately*
• Forward any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor*
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

• Work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers and staff.
• Present a clean and professional image.

• Work on feet for long periods of time.
• Stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and orderly work environment.
• Work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods, according to operational needs.
• Union position with schedule based on seniority; must meet scheduled requirements, often requiring evening and weekend hours.
