Be part of the opening team at Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar, downtown Hershey’s newest restaurant and bar, located near the iconic intersection of Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue. Hershey Social features bold flavors, signature cocktails, and over‑the‑top desserts inspired by Hershey’s chocolate roots.

Deliver food to guests in a timely, professional, and effective manner; assist the expeditor as needed; monitor the upkeep of the entire restaurant and support servers, bartenders, and other crew members as requested.

• Deliver food to guests and verify satisfaction *
• Explain accompanying sauces or condiments with appetizers *
• Answer guest questions regarding appetizers, entrees, and desserts *
• Remove any plates, glasses, or silverware that are clearly unused or finished from tables *
• Take items to the dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, and linens in the appropriate areas for washing *
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to the server immediately *
• Communicate with servers and the front desk to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service *
• Assist in running drinks from the bar to guest tables *
• Polish and roll silverware *
• Assist the expeditor in stocking items on the expo (ramekins, food backups, baked toppings, etc.) *
• Sweep or vacuum floors throughout the restaurant *
• Empty trash containers on the expo, at the service station, and behind the bar *
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers and staff.
• Maintain a clean and appropriate appearance.

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work on one’s feet for long periods of time.
• Stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work in a clean, efficient, and orderly manner.
