Spa Concierge

Join us as a Spa Concierge at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company – a day spa located in downtown Hershey featuring a full range of spa treatments, salon services, exclusive Hershey’s dark chocolate treatments, and 9 premier treatment rooms.

The Spa Concierge manages the reception area and assists the team with day‑to‑day operations. This is a part‑time position offering perks such as free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more once you receive your Employee .

• Open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments using spa computers.
• Acknowledge and greet every guest, provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, and services, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls promptly, using guests’ names throughout the conversation.
• Actively promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail items, programs, and promotions.
• Issue spa lockers, robes, and slippers to guests and escort them to lockers; provide orientation tours and answer questions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized spa environment, monitor locker/facility areas, stock supplies, and maintain accurate inventory lists.
• Assist team with cleanliness of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas, restocking, and organization.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings; assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention.
• Cross‑check physical inventory with computer records to manage shrinkage and ensure adequate stock.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Create and change product displays to promote products, seasons, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED completion.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Professional image representing the luxury day spa market.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Physical:
  Reaching forward, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally; reaching overhead; finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination constant; stooping and bending occasionally; standing constant; walking frequent.
