The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, fostering brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to create unforgettable shopping moments and drive brand advocacy.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on-brand store operations.
• Be flexible with a schedule that varies with business needs, including peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated results-oriented sales skills.
• Strong care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
• Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule, including 4 to 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Reliable support and ability to cover high-traffic times or special events.

PA: $13.00 per hour — $14.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
