We are seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team at the Hershey, PA location. As a Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, follow Jockey’s service principles, and focus on achieving store goals while maximizing sales. • Demonstrate behaviour that reflects Jockey’s core values and culture.
• Establish positive relationships with co‑workers and guests, ensuring high productivity and inclusiveness in achieving satisfaction goals.
• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests, including current promotional messages and suggestion selling.
• Engage all guests to identify their needs and use product knowledge to offer solutions that meet those needs.
• Promote company programmes (e.g., Rewards participation, satisfaction guarantee).
• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards® membership.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store‑level sales and profitability.
• Perform various sales and register transactions, including ringing purchases, processing cash or credit payments, and counting money.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) of product in the store, adhering to established visual standards.
• Ensure adherence to all Jockey policies and procedures.
• Maintain operational store standards (visuals, merchandising, inventory management).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending ladders to stock and merchandise the store.
• Ability to work with and around cleaning chemicals.
