Part‑time

As a part‑time Sales Lead, you will:

• Lead and motivate boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results.
• Support and reinforce a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team.
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks, assignments, and activities while keeping our guests as a top priority.
• Act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Open and close the boutique, and handle operational processes.

• Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Work independently.
• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
